Party Cheese Ball

• 2 8oz cream cheese room temp
• 1 16oz bag cheddar cheese (fine)
• 1 small sweet onion ( chopped very fine)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Mix all ingredients together and shape in to a ball. Roll in crushed Ritz crackers or chopped nuts. Place in frig for about an hour and serve with crackers.
